One Click Marine barcode Biogeography

Description

- "Community ecological analysis" allows one to search for a taxon in a metabarcoding database in order to obtain
ecological analyses (alpha and beta diversity) using graphical representations (NMDS, boxplot..).

- "Sequence based query" allows one to interrogate a metabarcoding database in order to obtain the abundance,
location and diversity of targeted sequences (barcodes) in an environmental context.
